In their penultimate league games of the season, Llandysul and Maesglas Reserves both suffered heavy defeats at the hands of Aberaeron Reserves and St Dogmaels Reserves respectively.

By beating Llandysul, Aberaeron have maintained their unbeaten run in the league this season. Despite this they still need 8 points from five games to finish in the top two and gain promotion or four wins out of five to guarantee top spot.

Maesglas were already relegated before tonight's game at St Dogmaels and although the Saints can still mathematically go down, it looks increasingly less likely particularly after a convincing win.
