Rule 11 Eligibility of Players
Re-number f) f i) and add
f ii)In the case of the first offence regarding a team playing an unregistered player, the team will be fined £10 and have three points deducted but that the fine and points deduction be suspended until a second offence takes place. At the time of a second offence, a further fine and deduction of points should be applied in addition to the first fine and deduction of points. Each subsequent offence should then be applied normally.
This rule should apply separately to each team rather than each club.
Rule 16 m)
Add new sentence : The submission of incomplete team sheets shall also be liable to a fine of £10.

The home team must complete their appropriate section of the team sheet before handing it to the away team.

Teams found guilty of falsifying a team sheet in a League match shall be fined £100 and deducted 10 points. Teams found guilty of falsifying a team sheet in a Cup match shall be fined £100 and disqualified from the Competition.
Challenge Cup Rules
Rule 10 Delete existing rule
Replace with 10 i) A player having been transferred to a club must have played at least two Costcutter League games for that particular club before he is deemed to be eligible for any cup competition
10 ii) Where a club has a team or teams playing in another league a player must have played at least two Costcutter League games for that particular club before he is deemed to be eligible for any cup competition with the exception of players attaining the age of sixteen and in the Youth Cup.
Rule 11
Amend a) to ‘A ‘First Team Player’ is a player who has played six or more games for a club in another league or for a club’s first team during that particular season’.
Amend d) to ‘If a ‘First Team Player’ appears in FOUR consecutive games for the club’s Costcutter League reserve team then the status of First Team Player shall not apply.
Reserve Cup
Rule 3 – Amend to read
In the event of there only being one group then the following format will apply.
The team that is top of the group on completion of all group games shall be the winners of the Reserve Cup competition and be eligible for promotion.
The next four teams placed shall qualify for the semi final stage of the Reserve Cup play off. The second placed club shall play the fifth placed club and the thirds placed club shall play the fourth placed club. The second and tird placed club shall have home advantage for the semi finals.
Rule 4 – Amend to read
The winner of the Reserve Cup play off final shall be eligible to participate in the following seasons Second Division competition. The losing finalists would only be considered for promotion if either of the two eligible teams could not be promoted.
